Zinner’s syndrome: to observe or to operate? a triplet of cases with varying clinical presentation

Zinner's syndrome is a rare condition that can be challenging to diagnose and manage. Limited knowledge about its natural history optimal treatment further complicates matters. To shed more light on this condition, we present case series of three patients with syndrome, highlighting their clinical presentations, diagnostic workup, options. Our first patient was 16-year-old male left epididymo-orchitis renal agenesis. The second 25-year-old epididymo-orchitis, seminal vesicle cyst, third 65-year-old cysts aplastic ectopic tissue ureteral insertion into the cyst causing acute urinary retention. two who presented were managed conservatively while one presenting retention required surgical exploration excision. It noted diagnosis requires high index suspicion, radiological imaging crucial for confirmation. Surgical intervention often necessary treat symptomatic compression, fertility counselling due potential impaired semen quality. Close monitoring needed risk impairment in future.
